q1- option3, as sarah is reassured that you have acknowledged her request and she understands that there are other patients on the ward aswell.
q2- option 2, maintained privacy and dignity, showing compassion and care and are able to help sarah and acknowledge her feelings and make a plan to make her feel better.
q3- this option allows an explaination to be given so sarah is able to make her own decision but has all the information possible. Also shows initiative as we are encouraging a solution in which sarah can see Theo more often and help her whilst she completes her treatment, maintaining her safety too.
