Q1- i would choose option 2 as the new wound will need new requirements and conditions to heal better. Also its also good for a wound to be reassessed

Q2- Farhan has an understanding of his condition and needs to be spoken to as well as his relatives. He needs to also be allowed to make a decision in his care.

Q3- i would chose option 2, as all patients are individuals first and the assisted living needs time to adjust and put the care plan in place so that Farhan is looked after well when he is back home
