Q1 – I would choose option 2 because I think it would be beneficial to show Charles how to use the app, but to also offer the information in a different format incase he really isn’t happy with the modern technology because not everyone will be familiar with smart phones and apps.

Q2 – I would choose option 3 because Charles needs to seek medical advice from his team before undertaking any activity that may elevate the heart rate, as this may be detrimental to his health.

Q3 – I would choose option 1 as this describes the vita signs of a stroke. I would show him the acronym as an easier way to remember all the signs, but stress the importance of dialling 999 if this ever happens.
