Q1/ I would choose option 2 because showing Charles the correct way to use the AF app will be more beneficial for both of us, as he will be able to add all information correctly. It will also show that I am approachable and helpful if he needs to ask anything in the future.

Q2/ I choose option 3 because this isn’t a decision I could make as a student nurse. The medical team would be able to advise Charles the best way to exercise and when it is safe to ride his bike again.

Q3/ I choose option 1 because directing Charles to view the NHS website and provide leaflets for guidance on signs and symptoms of stroke. If he continued to be concerned about this and living on his own there is aids available to reassure him.
