Q1 . I will choose option 3 because a video call was previously made per her request. However, it is manageable if the ward isn’t busy but if it is there are other patients you would need to prioritise. This also shows that you have made Sarah aware of the situation and you have been truthful towards her without being rude as you initially listened to her concerns.
Q2. I will choose option 2 because you are respecting her privacy as well as asking her consent as to what plan can be placed for her concerns which also shows you are building a relationship with the patient to build trust and compassion towards the situation she is at.
