Q1. I would choose option 1 as it’s very important to have a care plan constructed for eve as she is high risks to fall and isn’t safe staying by herself in the house. She’s had several falls so she would need a physiotherapist to assess her mobility so a care plan can be in place and also other multidisciplinary team working alongside to create a plan for her.

Q2. I would choose option 1 as eve knows her requirements and also in terms of her daughter she’s mostly busy and as eve mentioned she’s always in a rush and also her son can only speak to her through virtually rather than being there physically.

Q3. I would choose option 1 as it would help prevent eve from falling as people with Alzheimer think that anything with dark colour is a hole which could prevent it. However, other adjustments has to be made for this to take into consideration.

Q4: I couldn’t really hear it properly but it was really disturbing and irritating. I can imagine her being even confused and frustrated. In terms of environment it’s generally not a good mind space for her there will be a lot of implementation that would need to be adjusted for her as it’s really not safe for her.
