1. I would speak to Naila and listen to all her concerns and worries first, then offer her support and guidance for each of those worries and refer to other MDTs as required.
2. Everyones experience of a condition will change and affect peoples lives differently socially, mentally and physically.
3. Offering her all treatment options available and providing information to allow for informed consent. Offering time to think about the options and discuss any questions to allow her to make the informed decision.
