I agree with Annie and Helen in the fact that we have to be realistic as wards can be busy and we need to keep in mind that we would have to also be able to reach the other hospital so maybe being honest with Sarah and letting her know we’ll get back to her with an answer is not ideal but it is a more realistic answer
