From my experience when attending appointments with health professionals, they always briefly answer questions and then advise me to look at certain websites, text me links or give me leaflets of relevant information therefore I agree with my colleagues in terms of letting Charles know of websites or other resources that will offer information and help. It not great but health professionals have time limits on appointments so it would be unlikely that you would sit there for hours showing someone how to use something as other patients would be patiently waiting for their turn to be seen so we need to be practical.
