Welcome to this Virtual Simulation Placement (VSP) we hope you enjoy the work and found the information usefully for your transition into becoming a newly quailed nurse.
The learning outcomes for this VSP are:
1.Justify the rationale of being a proficient autonomous practitioner, consider the following; being professional, responsible and accountable for your actions (LO 1 & 2)
2.Validate the importance of effective communication and leadership skills in order to care safely, compassionately, minimise risk to patients and managing a complaint (LO 3, 4 & 5)
