Q1 – I would choose option 2 because I suggested the app to Charles. I would offer to show him how it works, should the problems continue, we would consider alternatives.
Q2- I would choose option 3 because I am not sure in this instance what is the right thing to advise, I would refer to my the Senior Nurse or to the Doctor
Q3- I would choose options 1 and 3 because the stroke risk assessment showed that scored low on having a Stroke, nevertheless, I would signpost Charles to resources about stroke should he want to find out more about it.
