Q1 – I chose option 2 because helping Charles to use the app will be beneficial to him in the long term. He will be able to monitor his own health and make him feel he is part of the decision making process thus aiding in the person centred care process.
Q2 – I chose option 3 because Charles should seek the advice from the medical team to ensure riding his bike with be a safe for of exercise for him.
Q3 – I chose option 1 because FAST is the national campaign acronym and it will be easy for Charles and his family to remember.
