I would focus on the first two. Nailia is very young, still sexually active, her concern may be that though the pelvic floor exercises eased the urinary incontinence, she may have reached a plateau on how far the issue can be fixed. I would reassure her we will discover the best options for her, discuss and liase with a urogynecologist regarding potential surgery options. I think reassurance is key here though
