I agree with all the above points, particularly how key reassurance is. t’s important to first to listen to Naila and her experience of the condition before offering any advice on treatment options. I would make her feel comfortable and reassure her, she may feel embarrassed to talk about it. After I have listened to her I will reassure her to help ease her worries and concerns and offer her treatment options that are available to her by ensuring she has all the information and answering any questions she may have.
