I agree with Daniel, Priority will be to call BIbi Adams wife to inform her of his admission and make sure I put her at ease as possible. I will then focus on assessing the patient first. I will gather as much information about the patient as I possibly can professionally and record it. Checking catheter and making sure that it is draining well is very important. Then, I will give him information about what is going to happen in at least 24 hour stay in hospital. I will definitely agree with member of my team on this matter.
