I agree with all of the previous comments, and reassuring Nailia and being there for her to talk to will help put her mind at ease. I think checking that her urination incontinence has gone back to normal is important as she may feel a little bit embarrassed to say any different. Making her feel comfortable and showing compassion is key to helping Nalia and making sure to take the correct route with referrals
