Question 1 – I would do option 1 as i know how important it would be for her to have this facetime call with her son.
Question 2 – i would do option 2. offering Sarah support as it is a difficult time for her, especially with her husband not being able to be there for support.
Question 3 – i would do option 2, and try to remain as calm as possible, and calm Sarah down. Explaining why this will not benefit sarah and may cause her to be unwell for longer is important
