Question 2. I will seek for consent from sarah if i can come into her bed area and speak to her i wont want to speak to her from the curtains. I will empathise with her and let her know that i can see that the situation she is in its very hard, If there is a sit near her i will ask her if i can sit near her. I will listen attentively to all her fears and worries, I will speak to her as much as i can and also give her all the necessary reassurances and support she deserves. I will try and plan the way forward with her and an action plan that will assist her in looking for a coping strategy to manage her concerns. Hence Sarah might find better avenues of communicating her needs and ensuring that those needs are met and she is given all the support and care she deserves.
