The Doctor has recommended the AF app for charles looking at his medical history that has been taken and also looking at the fact that he has lived with this health issues for about 5years it will be approparite for the doctor to have a regular check of charles heart readings so that he will have a close monitoring of his palpitation and the breathlessness he is experencing. Therefore if charles is struggling to acess the AF machine it will be of great importance for the doctor to teach Charles how to assess and use the app so that it will be convenient and more understanding for charles to use it and how he will use it effectively so that the aim of the Doctor asking charles to download the app will be acheived if charles is able to use accurately.
Question 2.
It is very important i make charles understand the importance of speaking with the Doctor in charge of his care if he can go back to cycling. I will try to explain to charles that he has a heart issue that needs to be managed properly so that he can live a normal life. But he needs to understand that with this type of illness comes with some life style changes and he has to follow all clinical guide lines from his Doctor so that he can get the best care he derserves and then he can go back to living his normal life though most times an adjustment is needed to be done.

. Direct Charles to the following advice, Face – does your face look different on one side? Arms – can you raise your arms? Speech – is your speech slurred or different? Time to act – call 999, get help. Also i can show charles some yotube vidoes showing the signs and symptoms of stroke and also give charles some reassurances to help him remain calm and just walk with his Doctor so that he can continue to get the best care.
