I like how you have mentioned how you would communicate with the team so you could try and find out how long Sarah should expect to be in hospital for. I’m sure by giving her a potential timeframe might help with her with some anxiety’s she may be experiencing. It is also good than you mention you would introduce yourself – I forgot to mention than I would do this on my post!
