Agree with Rebecca that the phone calls would generally be upsetting to Eve, especially the part about the frequent falls, that she isn’t aware she’s been having. Along with the aspect of thinking that Josie has things sorted for her, but actually can’t specify how often she gets meals etc.
Also, a good point from Maryam saying that if she were Eve, she’d want to be able to do what she can for herself (ie maintain as much independence)
