3) Pros- Asking Chris to slow his breathing down will hopefully relax him so his breathing won’t be so rapid.
Cons- Chris is panicking and is not able to slow his breathing down.
4) Pros- Chris will concentrate on his breathing, instead of trying to talk to the doctor.
Cons – He might not let the doctor know if his condition is worsening.
